Co:Here’s Team is made up of passionate staff, partners and volunteers who believe that faith-based organizations have an incredible opportunity to serve their communities through their land assets. They bring extensive leadership experience in housing development, the not-for-profit sector, and faith-based organizations.
Co:Here Foundation was originally created in 2013 to lead Grandview Church in realizing its dream of redeveloping its parking lot into community-driven affordable housing. With this project complete, Co:Here has repositioned to use the knowledge it gained from this first project to help other faith-based organizations considering affordable housing development.
