In December 2013, the City of Vancouver posted Development Application signage along the edges of the parking lot at the corner of 1st and Victoria announcing to the neighbourhood and all passersby Co:Here’s application for permission to develop this spot for ‘Social Housing.’
This signage gives the neighbourhood the opportunity to view some of the details of the building plan as well as to connect with city planners with any questions or concerns they may have.
We hope to be good neighbours (to all) … in the Grandview Woodland community and look forward to developing meaningful relationships and connections through this building.
